Annual Membership
Is open to those firms who share our philosophy of applying our intellectual capital in partnership with select clients to create a serious impact in the client’s income and quality of life. It includes the following:

Coaching and Consulting

Our most valuable asset is our experience and dedication to creating results for members. The true value a firm can derive from a close coaching and consulting relationship is having an experienced practice development expert take the time to understand you and your partner’s goals, dreams and issues and bring consistent objective experienced counsel and resources to bear to help you achieve your income and quality of life goals. Consulting services are provided by Change Management L.L.C., our for profit consulting division on an as needed basis.

Marketing
Marketing does not create one single new client or one dollar of new business. It creates opportunities to sell. Selling however, is offensive to many professionals and to most prospective clients. That is why we have separated the processes into marketing and relationship building. Below are some of the specific marketing activities we have experience in application for the accounting profession.
Relationship Building
How to get the type and kind of business you love. Think about those clients you love to see, pay you handsomely and follow your advice as if you were a god. Think about all your clients being in that category. This is our proprietary proven method of converting opportunities created by marketing into strong high realization engagements in which clients are happy to pay you well above "the going rates" and thank you for it. No kidding – this is as true as life itself. Ask our members who have learned how. There exists a very specific method and process that is learnable. It also develops confidence and creates strong communication and consulting skills for any professional.
Recruiting
One of the most costly problems for any business, especially for the accounting profession, is staff turnover. Losing the right people is as bad as hiring the wrong ones. Our proprietary process is proven successful in recruiting and keeping top level staff and partners.
